Shipping 

 

Our standard methods of shipping are UPS Ground & USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipping time can take up to 5-7 business days (probably sooner) once the order leaves our warehouse We also offer faster UPS shipping options Please note Next Day Air shipping cutoff is 2:00pm PST, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the following business day. We ship orders to the address provided by the customer, please make sure that you’re using your correct shipping address. Address changes cannot be made after your order has been placed. Please double check that your ship to address is correct, thank you! Once the package has been picked up from our warehouse by UPS or USPS it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver the package. Loss, damage, or theft is out of our control and is the responsibility of the shipping company and/or recipient. Thanks for your understanding.

Please refer to the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email for details about your shipment and proof of delivery. If your package has been lost or stolen you can file a claim with UPS here or USPS here.

By providing your email address and/or cell phone number you hereby authorize Eco Friendly Pharms to send shipping confirmation and updates, and customer services inquiries about your order. Please note packages are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

 

International Shipping

Eco Friendly Farm does not currently ship products internationally.  We are working on a solution that would allow us to share worldwide and hope to have an announcement on this in the near future. We do however ship all our Merch products all around the world!

 

Returns

 

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) of the purchase date. All retuned items must be in new, unused, and unopened condition, with all or all original tag and labels attached.

Cancellation

​

You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. 

 

Return Process

 

To return an item, please email customer service at polkcountyfarm@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place item securely in it’s original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that use a trackable method to mail your return.

 

Refunds

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

We reserve the right, in our sole and exclusive discretion, to amend, modify, or terminate this Policy, for any reason, with or without notice to you. The foregoing will be effective as of the date of posting. In addition, we, in our sole and exculsive discretion, reserve the right to refuse any returns for any reason, including, without limitation, those returns that would otherwise violate our Terms of Service.

 

Purchase Location: We only accept returns for items purchase directly from our online store. If you purchase through another online retail or in-store location work with those companies for the return
