A: Eco Friendly Farms offers a monthly subscription priced at 120 dollars, providing customers with a weekly box of seasonally organically grown produce harvested directly from our farm. Each box is carefully packed by our team to ensure the freshest selection of fruits and vegetables available that week. Subscribers can pick up their boxes every Friday between 11am and 1pm at our Farm Stand. This service supports sustainable farming practices while delivering high-quality, fresh produce consistently and conveniently.
A: At Eco Friendly Farms, payment for your monthly subscription is conveniently managed via email notifications. You will receive an email two weesk before your current monthly subscription period ends, which will include instructions on how to make the payment for the upcoming month. This system ensures you have ample time to process your payment and continue receiving our fresh, sustainably grown produce without interruption. If you have any questions or need assistance with your subscription payment, our customer service number is available to help on our contact page.

Most of our produce is harvested on the very day we pack your box, ensuring optimal freshness and flavor when it arrives. We also offer the opportunity to get to know the farmers behind your food, fostering a direct connection and deeper understanding of sustainable farming practices. A: To join the Crop Box program at Eco Friendly Farms, you can apply during one of our two annual application windows. For the fall season, sign-ups are accepted in July and August, while for the spring season, applications are open in January and February. Please note that the number of crop boxes available each season is limited. Customers who currently hold a spot in the program have the option to carry it over to the following season, which may impact availability. Because we grow, pick, and pack everything ourselves, the program offers fresh, high-quality produce directly from our farm, supporting sustainable and eco-friendly practices. On the day of your scheduled pick-up at the farm stand, you can exchange any unwanted items from your box for different individual items available in the swap box. This system ensures you receive produce that suits your tastes while maintaining our commitment to reducing waste and offering fresh, farm-grown products picked and packed by our team.
A: Yes, friends or family members are welcome to pick up your crop box for you at Eco Friendly Farms. To ensure a smooth and secure pickup process, please make sure the person picking up your box knows the exact name under which your crop box order is registered. Since we grow, pick, and pack all produce ourselves, this verification helps us maintain accuracy and uphold the quality service you expect.
A: Since Eco Friendly Farms grows, picks, and packs all produce in-house, we rely on customers bringing their own boxes to streamline our harvesting and packing process. If you forget to bring your box at pick up, we will provide you with a disposable compostable bag to transfer your fresh produce. We may introduce delivery options starting next season to better serve our customers while maintaining the quality and freshness of all products, which we grow, pick, and pack ourselves. Since we grow, pick, and pack everything ourselves with care and dedication, we do not offer refunds if you are unable to pick up your crop box. This policy ensures that we can continue to provide fresh, sustainably grown produce and maintain our farming operations with as little waste as possible. We encourage customers to plan pick-up time carefully and contact us if any scheduling issues arise so we can assist you within the scope of our commitment.
A: At Eco Friendly Farms, we provide your fresh produce in a reusable crop box on your first pick-up day to support sustainability and reduce waste. When you return the following week, simply bring your empty box to exchange it for a full one with fresh produce. Each week your boxes will be cleaned and wash, but we encourage you to bring back a clean box for us. This cycle continues throughout the season or month, promoting an eco-friendly approach to packaging. At the end of your subscription period, you have the option to keep the boxes if you wish.
